FreeUp is a job marketplace for freelancers that connects them with remote gigs around the country. One of FreeUp’s clients is looking for a true crime fan with a knack for writing. The job would require the writer to stay up to date with the true crime genre, binging shows, movies, podcasts, etc. In addition, they will need to write 10 blogs each week on the latest news, buzz, or trends.

The role is part-time, asking for two days a week and paying $350 per day. The position is expected to last six months but could be extended depending on how the writer performs. The ideal candidate, according to the job posting, has:

Although FreeUp is based in California, this remote position is open to anyone nationwide. Beware, however, that the company is expecting a high volume of applicants.
