If you deeply appreciate that velvety, smooth elixir and cannot go a day without a refreshing and perfectly crafted cold brew, then you have to apply. Don’t worry; you can still keep your day job!
How to Apply for Unlimited Cold Brew
Cold brew aficionados rejoice as Peet’s Coffee is looking for their first-ever Chief Cold Brew Officer.
You’ll get to:
- Drink unlimited amounts of cold brew
- Contribute to their social media about current coffee trends
- Post about your “cold brew adventures” from photos, videos, and stories
- Choose a day when ALL Peet’s customers can get a buy-1-get-1-free deal
To qualify, you must be at least 18 years old and live within 15 miles of a participating Peet’s Coffee retail location in CA, CO, DC, IL, MA, MD, OR, VA, or WA.
If that’s no problem, you’ll have to upload a video or write a short essay on why you’d be the best-ever Chief Cold Brew Officer. This is your time to shine!
How Your Application Will Be Judged
When creating your video (15 seconds or less) OR short essay (150 words or less), there will be certain factors the judges will be looking for. Take care to make yours as unique as possible since there will be other cold brew lovers vying for this spot!
- 50% of the score will go to the entry that BEST describes why you deserve to be Chief Cold Brew Officer
- 25% of the score will go to the entry that’s creative, original, humorous, and/or inspiring
- 25% of the score will judge the overall quality of the entry and best represents Peet’s Coffee in a positive light
How Do You Get the Coffee?
Instead of getting paid with money, you’ll be paid in coffee. The prize is awarded in points and loaded into your Peet’s Coffee Peetnik Rewards account on a weekly basis. The maximum rewards are worth $1,400, but they’ll load $200 every Monday onto the card for 7 consecutive weeks after the winner accepts.
You’ll have to use up the $200 each week though, as any unused credit will be forfeited. So, for instance, if you had $5 left when Monday rolls around, you’ll get $195 instead of $200 that new week.
With that amount, you’ll be a cold brew baller to treat your family and friends too!
