Glassdoor recently compiled a list of companies that offer vacation perks and we’ve selected some of the best.


AirBnB

The company offers $2,000 worth of travel coupons each year to its employees! Since they practically invented the idea of traveling the world while staying at other people’s homes, this is a perfect way to vacation.

BambooHR

This software company also offers its employees $2,000 each year to travel. Favorite destinations of their employees include Paris, Disney World, Hawaii and more.

Evernote

The makers of the popular productivity app, Evernote, knows how important it is for their employees to recharge and to stay productive. They offer a $1,000 yearly vacation stipend and unlimited vacation days.

Expedia

This travel site company should come as no surprise that it offers perks. Employees get travel reimbursement between $250-$750 depending on how long they’ve worked for the company plus additional discounts purchased through the site.

FullContact

This contact management platform offers an amazing $7,500 a year for each employee to travel. The catch? If you don’t go on vacation, you don’t get the money. Plus they need to completely disconnect while on vacation.

Travelzoo

Another travel site that has great perks for its employees. They get a $1,500 yearly stipend plus 3 extra PTO days when they book through the company’s site.

TSheets

This time tracking and scheduling company offer employees a $1,500 yearly stipend with the “completely disconnect while on vacation” rule. Even no Slack chats!

Moz

Employees at this SEO & Marketing software company get $3,000 annually for vacation reimbursement in addition to 21 PTO days, 7 sick days, and 10 paid holidays.

United Airlines

One of the most expensive parts of vacation is the airplane ticket. This airline offers employees and their immediate family discounts on tickets and unlimited standby travel on any United flight!
