You may not be able to attend too many regular parties at the moment but Taco Bell is hosting socially distanced hiring parties at almost 2,000 locations across the nation on Wednesday, April 21. Times can vary by location but most would be holding it from 2-5 PM local time.

Major Hiring Spree: 5,000 Taco Bell Jobs

Taco Bell is on a mission to hire at least 5,000 new team members to help them work towards their goal of expanding aggressively in 2021 and beyond.

This is their 4th annual hiring party, but this year will look a little different. For COVID safety, they’ll be converting parking lots into job fairs, with on-the-spot interviews. In some cases, you may not even need to leave your car! Of course, masks are mandatory.

All types of positions will be available from Food Champions to General Managers. Taco Bell will also be hiring more “bellhops” (get it?) to support drive-thru service via tablet ordering.

They’re also dedicated to expanding leadership benefits, as they recently announced that general managers at company-owned stores get up to 4 weeks accrued vacation time a year, 4 weeks of paid “baby bonding” time for new parents and guardians, as well as 8 weeks of fully-paid short-term disability after a child is born.

Check for Jobs First and Location of Hiring Party

Jobs can vary by location, so look at their available positions here to filter by your state and city.

Then to look for hiring party locations, be sure to visit their page and call to see if the one(s) you’re interested in are actually hosting a party.

Popular roles include being a Team Member at $10.40/hr, Restaurant Manager at $15.67/hr, and Shift Manager at $23,547/year. Assistant General Managers on average can earn $44,049/year. You can filter by states specifically to see how it adjusts, as wages will vary depending on where you live.
