Nissin Foods, the maker of Top Ramen, rolled out its banner product 50 years ago. To celebrate the anniversary, the company is looking to hire its first-ever “Chief Noodle Officer.” The gig pays $10,000, and all the ramen you can eat, plus unique career-building experiences.

And the best part?

All you need to do to apply is post a pic of an original ramen dish on social media.

How to Be Nissin’s First Chief Noodle Officer

Instant ramen is an inexpensive, filling, flexible dish, making it a favorite for a generation of college students. Anyone who has ever dabbled in ramen also probably has some of their own tricks to make the perfect dish. For instance, my friends in college would leave a few noodles uncooked, crack them up, and sprinkle them over their hot meal.

However you enjoy Top Ramen, Nissin wants to know. The company is asking Chief Noodle Officer applicants to post photos on social media of their custom ramen meal with the hashtag #HowDoYouTopRamen. In addition, applicants are encouraged to email their post and a brief cover letter to [email protected]. Submissions will be reviewed by Melissa King, the most recent winner of Top Chef: All-Stars L.A.

The lucky winner will get tons of perks. First and foremost, the CNO position comes with a $10,000 payout. In addition, the new hire will get one-on-one mentorship from Mike Price, the CEO of Nissin Foods and the chance to product test new Nissin foods before they hit stores. Last but not least, the winner also gets 50 years of free Top Ramen, a virtual lifetime supply of noodles!

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and live in the 50 states, D.C., or Puerto Rico. Nissin is fielding applications through October 30th, so get your submission in soon!
