Instant ramen is an inexpensive, filling, flexible dish, making it a favorite for a generation of college students. Anyone who has ever dabbled in ramen also probably has some of their own tricks to make the perfect dish. For instance, my friends in college would leave a few noodles uncooked, crack them up, and sprinkle them over their hot meal.

However you enjoy Top Ramen, Nissin wants to know. The company is asking Chief Noodle Officer applicants to post photos on social media of their custom ramen meal with the hashtag #HowDoYouTopRamen. In addition, applicants are encouraged to email their post and a brief cover letter to [email protected] Submissions will be reviewed by Melissa King, the most recent winner of Top Chef: All-Stars L.A.

The lucky winner will get tons of perks. First and foremost, the CNO position comes with a $10,000 payout.
