If so, Airbnb is looking for 12 travel-lovers to live in their home rentals around the world for one full year free of charge.
Live Anywhere for 1 Year
Called “Live Anywhere on Airbnb,” this pilot program will have the 12 selected share their experience with Airbnb which could potentially shape future product upgrades, changes, and new features on the platform. Their mission is to better understand long-term living experiences for both solo travelers as well as groups.
In exchange Airbnb will cover:
- Cost of all accommodation around the world
- Transportation allowance during the program
- Listing suggestions
- Local experiences
Plus, each selected traveler can bring up to 3 companions as well (and they’ll be covered)! Be sure that your passports are valid until at least February 2023.
Pet owners can also travel with their pets by booking at pet-friendly accommodations!
You’re also able to list your own residence on Airbnb while you go on the 1-year program to earn extra income.
Who Can Apply
As long as you’re 18+, a U.S. resident, and can travel for 1 year between July 2021 to July 2022, you can apply! Perfect for remote workers, young families, staycationers, empty nesters, digital nomads, and anyone that have the time and interest.
The deadline to apply is June 30, 2021, so good luck!
